Manufacturing
The Group acquired a tobacco processing plant in Zimbabwe from Dimon
Inc and is currently establishing a cigarette manufacturing facility,
with products aimed exclusively at the regional market and internationally.
A further site is under consideration in South Africa for establishing
a tobacco processing and cigarette manufacturing facility. The total
capacity will be sufficient for contract manufacturing orders as well
as in meeting the company's own output requirements.
Significant new employment will be created by these activities.
